Clear guidance for an evolving project
Documentation reflects current development builds. Features may change as N.O.V.A. and C.H.R.O.M.A. continue development, and live validation requirements are called out where they still apply.
Discord assistant foundations
Current concepts for N.O.V.A. V2.0 Alpha 1 — Evolution. Implemented Alpha foundations, active testing, and later planned work are kept distinct here.
Core 2.0 & operating modes
V2.0 Alpha 1 introduces the Core 2.0 foundation plus Fast, Standard, Research, and Action mode foundations. These pathways are still being expanded through the Alpha roadmap.
Voice Manager
Voice Manager and SpeechRequest foundations begin the V2 voice migration. Alpha 2 is planned to complete that migration and advance A.V.M. 2.0.
Memory 2.0 path
Working V1.9 memory behavior is preserved during the transition. Memory 2.0 and latency improvements are planned for Alpha 2 rather than being claimed as complete today.
MG-3 Legacy Link
Legacy Link supports controlled short N.O.V.A. ↔ MG-3 exchanges. It relies on configured bot IDs and anti-loop checks so legacy compatibility does not become uncontrolled bot-to-bot chatter.
S.A.F.E. & safety status
S.A.F.E. is security/control work under development and validation. The portal does not claim complete autonomous server protection; operations, optimization, and stress testing remain part of the path to stable V2.0.
Validation
The V2.0 Alpha 1 development snapshot passed 81 of 81 automated tests and Python compilation. Automated success does not replace live Discord validation as development continues.
Streaming and co-host foundations
Current concepts for V1.0 RC4 Aurora and its creator-first streaming architecture.
Twitch conversation
C.H.R.O.M.A. uses recent chat, supported viewer memory, and stream context to participate naturally while respecting live-state and safety gates.
Spectrum
Spectrum is the connector framework that normalizes supported events from services such as OBS, Twitch, Streamer.bot, Streamlabs, and future integrations.
Insight
Insight provides supported OBS and stream-state awareness. Chroma is expected to use real context without inventing visual or gameplay awareness it does not receive.
Voice & co-host tools
RC4 includes optional streamer microphone conversation, TTS, voice profiles, emergency mute, recaps, reactions, diagnostics, and recovery tools. Spoken input remains optional.

General project guidance covers community testing, accessibility, privacy expectations, current project status, and the distinction between active development, testing, and legacy work.
Developer API: not public yet
Public developer documentation will be added only when a real, testable interface exists. The Portal does not advertise fictional APIs or unsupported integration claims.
