By using a Caeloryx service, you agree to these terms and any platform rules that also apply, including Discord's terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

N.O.V.A. V1.2 “Sentinel” and the Portal are under active development. Features may change, fail, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable. Testing access is provided without a guarantee of uptime or continued availability.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. You may not use Caeloryx to break the law, harm others, bypass safeguards, disrupt services, impersonate people, or gain unauthorized access.

AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.

You remain responsible for content you submit. You grant Caeloryx the limited permission needed to process that content to provide, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

The Caeloryx name, branding, Portal design, documentation, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer ownership to users.

Access may be limited or removed for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, repeated rule violations, or actions that threaten users or the service.

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Caeloryx does not promise that output will be accurate or that services will be uninterrupted. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
