This policy applies to the Caeloryx Portal, the official testing community, and N.O.V.A. features operated by Caeloryx. Third-party platforms such as Discord, Cloudflare, and AI service providers have their own policies.

We may receive information you choose to provide, including messages sent to N.O.V.A., Discord identifiers, feedback, bug reports, support emails, and memories you explicitly ask the assistant to store.

The Portal may also receive basic technical information needed to serve pages and protect the service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs through our hosting providers.

Information may be used to provide responses, operate commands, remember user-selected details, investigate bugs or abuse, improve accessibility, protect the community, and communicate about support requests.

Some prompts may be sent to external AI infrastructure to generate responses. Do not submit passwords, payment details, private keys, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information. Discord and hosting providers may process data under their own terms.

N.O.V.A. may use structured memory during testing. Memory should be transparent and user-controlled. Users may ask what is remembered and request correction or deletion where the feature is available.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for operation, testing, security, or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact caeloryx.contact@gmail.com. We may need enough information to verify the request.

Caeloryx services are not intended to collect personal information from children who cannot legally consent under applicable law. Discord users must also meet Discord's age requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected vulnerabilities privately through our contact email.

We may update this policy as the project develops. Material changes will be announced through the Portal or Discord community.
