AI Transparency Policy
What users should understand when interacting with N.O.V.A. and future Caeloryx AI.
AI identity
N.O.V.A. and future Caeloryx systems are artificial intelligence tools. They are not human and should not claim human experience, consciousness, or professional credentials.
How responses are produced
User requests may be processed through language models, rule-based systems, memory tools, and specialist modules. Future AI Core routing may choose the most relevant system while keeping N.O.V.A. as the primary interface.
Limitations
AI can misunderstand context, produce confident errors, or rely on incomplete information. Important claims should be verified with reliable sources or qualified professionals.
Memory and personalization
Where memory is enabled, N.O.V.A. should disclose that information may be stored and provide practical controls to review, correct, and delete it. Memory is not perfect and should never be treated as a complete record.
Human responsibility
Humans remain responsible for moderation decisions, account actions, safety judgments, and deployment choices. Caeloryx aims to assist people, not remove meaningful human oversight.
Honest development
Planned or research-stage features are labelled clearly. Caeloryx will not present prototypes, simulated status indicators, or future products as completed services.
These materials are provided as a practical draft for an independent project and are not legal advice. Caeloryx should obtain qualified legal review before a broad commercial launch.
